Personal Care Worker (PCW)

Sometimes taking care of a family member can be time-consuming. Why not be employed by Compassionate Personal Care Services on a part-time basis as a Personal Care Worker (PCW) and be paid for the work you are already doing?

Caregivers are responsible for companionship, homemaker and all levels of personal care. We need people like you who are available, dependable, and have a warm heart to share with others! As a personal care worker , duties may include the following:

• Personal care; bathing, dressing, bathroom assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Incontinence Care
• Companionship
• Oxygen care
• Household management

Our caregivers must:

• Be passionate about caring for people
• Pass a national criminal background check
• Test negative for TB
• Work independently and communicate effectively with Management
• Have a reliable car, drivers license, and car insurance

Qualifications:

• Experience caring for seniors
• Reliable transportation
• Self-starter committed to providing outstanding client care
• Communicates well and is caring and compassionate
• Wants to grow with a leader in the in-home care industry
• Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred but not necessary
