If you are currently taking care of an elderly or disabled friend or family member you may be eligible to be paid for the essential services that you are providing. The following qualifications are necessary to become employed as a Personal Care Worker:

  • The person you are taking care of is elderly or an adult with disabilities
  • The person you are taking care of is enrolled in Medicaid (contact us to find out if their benefit covers Personal Care Services)
  • The person you are taking care of has a referral for in home care from their primary physician
